As a big fan of food and (affordable) buffets, the boyfriend and I tend to look around for new food, especially on Groupon. Came across this super good deal at Nanzo One Shabu in SS2, PJ, which is only RM 34.50 per person.
The restaurant's concept? Shabu-shabu buffet with no time limit! Once you're seated, you can choose 1 out of 3 different shabu-shabu base flavours including Miso, Spicy, Tomato and Porridge. I chose the Spicy while the boyfriend chose the Tomato soup base.
After selecting the soup, you can also order different drinks without any limit. On top of that, you'll be served with green tea too!

Was there for almost 2.5 hours, or it might have been 3 hours. Can't remember it now but it was really good. Even better and cheaper than Sukiya at that point of time! :D Too bad they don't have the Groupon promotion anymore. :(
The only downside was the soup as we thought the Spicy would be the Chinese Ma Lat soup but it's just Miso Soup with a hint of spiciness. Tomato soup was pretty tasteless too but you can definitely make the soup base sweeter with all the ingredients they have there. :)

Anyway, though the original price might be slightly higher now, strongly recommend it if you're up for fresh seafood and various type of meat.
