A Weekend Getaway @ Lexis Hibiscus.

Super backdated post but earlier this month, decided to randomly go on a trip with the boyfriend just to get a gist of how it feels like to stay in Lexis Hibiscus @ Port Dickson! Of course, with their irresistible soft opening promo price at only RM 399 per room per night, how can we not go right? :p

Anyway, decided to take two days off for a trip with him because it is a much needed trip for both of us. :) Thought we should arrive earlier (at 1ish in the afternoon) to try our luck on getting the room before the official check-in time at 4pm. Well, lucky us cause we only waited for an hour to get our room, which means by 2.30 pm, we've already gotten our room for the night! :D

The check-in area.

The waiting area.

During the 1-hour interval, we visited the whole place to check out what's already available but nothing much was ready except a few eateries including Umi - a Japanese restaurant, the Roselle Coffee House and the Hibiscus Lounge. Was actually looking forward to Karaoke or even Spa but then again, it's a soft opening promo so no complaints there. Apparently coming July, they will have their own private beach with some shops along the beach, a Sky Lounge and gymnasium which are located right in the middle of all water chalets.

Anyway, while waiting for a bit more at the lobby, Hibiscus Juice was served to us. The receptionist who attended us was really nice to walk over to the waiting area just to inform us that our room was ready! :)

Full with excitement and anticipation, we took a buggy ride to our room - 029 and just like how it was portrayed in their official images, it was really cozy!
Exterior of the room.

Comfortable king-sized beds that can accommodate up to 4 people.

We even had so much fun playing with the TV just to see what features they have and heh, it was amazing cause there were so many channels to choose from. We can even choose to watch some of the pre-loaded movies or type of music that we want to listen to. Seriously, wow.. just.. wow. Technology these days never fail to amuse me. :p
The TV, table and the big boss. :p

It was spacious everywhere including the changing area which is merged with the toilet and bathing area as well. :D
The changing area.

The toilet/bathing area.
Moving on to the outside of the room, there it was... the dipping pool and the steam room (far right)!
A place for you to sit and chill.

Loved the view because we were pretty far from other units, unlike most of the units there where they're so close to one another that you can practically see or even chat with your opposite neighbours.

Yeap, the view..
and us. :)

The night view. Chalets that looked so modern and gives the feeling of container hotel rooms.

Since there's a dipping pool, of course must rendam lor right? That luxurious moment when you feel like a king - drinking wine by the pool. :p
See the happy boss!

All in all, it was an amazing experience although there really wasn't much to do. In fact, it's really suitable for those who want to spend some valuable time together. :) Will definitely want to go back there when they have more facilities ready!
